“The real experience of yoga is practiced through your mind, breath & body. It is not accomplished on a mat or in a difficult posture, but through the way you live. The true meaning of yoga is practiced, moment by moment, as you move about the world every day.“
In doing asanas should always take into account the strong link between body, mind and emotions: it is possible that physical difficulties that we encounter in the running are the expression of the difficulties that we experience also in everyday life.
If asanas are practiced with awareness, through their symbolism, they can lead us to enhance sustained attention, to analyze and control our mind and our emotions, reveal unexpected meanings, help solve some existential problems, improve and build a better outlook on life.
The event is an experiential introductory practice to discover how asanas become instruments to observe and perceive traits of our personality and our approaches. We will work to increase the awareness not only to put the person in a position of being able to live happily with themselves and with others, but also to discover within it the potential and the energy to be exploited in its evolutionary path.
There will be also a sitting together, satsang, followed by a question-answer session and self-management of excessive tension practice, guided by Livia Constantin, RYT500, yoga teacher with more than 15 years of personal study and teaching practice.
The take-home message may be: incorporate yogic ideals in every field of daily life. Study thyself. Cope with the stress and discover the beauty of life. So never give up!
The event is open to all those willing to practice yoga, regardless of knowledge or practice.
